This policy covers K-Pop Game Club's website (kpopgameclub.com) and its two games, Survival (survival.kpopgameclub.com) and BIASD (biasd.kpopgameclub.com) — together, "K-Pop Game Club," "we," or "us." It explains what information we collect, why, and what choices you have.
Information you provide to us
If you sign up for the free Mafia Game Pack or any other newsletter form on our site, we collect the name and email address you enter, plus the optional "ult group(s)" field if you fill it in. This is sent directly to our email provider, MailerLite, and used only to deliver the requested download and, if you've opted in, send you occasional emails about new games and printables. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — things like which pages are viewed, how long a session lasts, approximate location (derived from IP address), and device/browser type. This only runs after you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner; see our Cookie Policy for details. If you reject cookies, Google Analytics does not load.
Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard web server logs (IP address, request time, requested page) as part of serving the site securely — this is normal for any website and isn't used to identify you personally.
Game progress (Survival and BIASD)
Your streaks, guesses, and daily puzzle progress in Survival and BIASD are stored only in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device or reaches our servers — we have no way to see or collect it. It stays until you clear your browser's site data.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR if you're in the EU/UK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent at any time. Since the only personal data we hold is what you gave us through the newsletter form, the fastest way to exercise these rights is to unsubscribe via the link in any email, or contact us directly (below) and we'll action your request.
Children's privacy
K-Pop Game Club is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.
Data retention
Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Google Analytics data is retained per Google's standard analytics retention settings. Local game progress stays on your device until you clear it yourself.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
