These terms govern your use of K-Pop Game Club's website (kpopgameclub.com) and its two games, Survival (survival.kpopgameclub.com) and BIASD (biasd.kpopgameclub.com), together "K-Pop Game Club," "we," or "us." By using any of these sites, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the sites.

Who we are

K-Pop Game Club is an independent fan project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any K-pop artist, group, agency, or label mentioned in our games. Group and artist names, debut dates, and related facts are used for informational and entertainment purposes under fair use.

Using the site

Survival and BIASD are free to play, no account required. You agree to use the sites only for their intended purpose, and not to:

Scrape, bulk-request, or otherwise abuse our API (/api/artists and related endpoints) beyond normal, human gameplay use;
Attempt to circumvent rate limiting or other technical protections;
Use the sites to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content;
Misrepresent your daily streak or results in a way intended to deceive other players.

We may restrict or block access for anyone we reasonably believe is violating these terms.

Your game data

Streaks, guesses, and daily puzzle progress are stored only in your browser's local storage, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't guarantee this data will persist — clearing your browser storage, switching devices, or a site update can reset it, and we're not liable for any loss of it.

The shop (printables)

Printable games and other digital products linked from our site are sold through Payhip, a third-party e-commerce platform. Purchases, payment processing, delivery, and refunds for these products are handled by Payhip and subject to Payhip's own terms and policies. We aren't a party to that payment transaction.

If you sign up for the free Mafia Game Pack or any other form on our site, your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

Intellectual property

The K-Pop Game Club name, logo, the Sumi mascot, and the site's game designs and code are our property (or used under license) and may not be copied or reused without permission. This doesn't apply to third-party trademarks, artist names, or facts used for identification purposes.

No warranty

The sites are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the underlying artist data is always complete or accurate. Debut dates and other facts come from a maintained but manually curated spreadsheet, and may occasionally contain mistakes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, K-Pop Game Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the sites. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited under applicable law, including under EU/UK consumer protection law where it applies to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the sites after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
